Camp Memories
The E. Urner Goodman Owasippe Museum needs your help!
We’d like to hear about your experiences at Owasippe!
It doesn’t matter if it was five years ago or fifty years ago. Camp is often a word-of-mouth thing passed down from generation to generation. It’s a troop sitting around a campfire with the Scoutmaster telling them what camp was like when he or she first went there. It’s a parent telling their child about that awesome week they spent at Owasippe way back when.
We want to hear about it!
Tell us about anything and everything you’d like to share about your experiences at camp. It can be about the road trip there, what your first day was like, the food, the weather or the smell of the clean air. No detail is too small. If it’s something you’ve always remembered, then it’s important.
You can use your smartphone or computer to record yourself telling us about your camp experiences. Nearly all devices today can record video or just audio. You can then send us those recordings using the buttons below.
For videos, please use SD or HD settings on your device. Best practice would be to make recordings around 10 minutes long and upload as many of those as you like. Uploading is limited to one file at a time.
Below is a PDF of questions that you can download and print to help make your recordings.
