
Welcome to the
E. Urner Goodman Owasippe Museum
The museum is home to a unique archive of Scouting and local history dating back over a century. It houses a collection of paraphernalia unique to the camp and various artifacts from Scouting's past.
Located in western Michigan at Owasippe Scout Reservation, America's oldest scout camp, the museum is named for E. Urner Goodman, lifetime scouter and founder of the Order of the Arrow.
The museum is open to the public only during the summer camping season from mid-June to the first week of August.
Museum Hours 2026
The museum is open from June 14th thru August 1st during the following hours:
Monday 2-5 PM / 7-9 PM
Tuesday 10-12 AM / 2-5 PM / 7-9 PM
Wednesday 6-9 PM
Thursday 10-12 AM / 2-5 PM / 7-9 PM
Friday 10-12 AM
Saturday 9-11 AM
Sunday 2-4 PM
